We also have a proven track record of entrepreneurship in building small and midsize companies plus experience in government-owned enterprises.
Our expertise encompasses from having moved capital in the hundreds of billions, structured complex financial transactions, operated sophisticated businesses and navigated volatile markets.
Candidate Companies
Our planned fund's investment strategy seeks strong companies with operating profits of €250,000 to €5,000,000.
We will provide loans of €250,000 to €1,000,000 under the following terms:
- Senior position in the capital structure
- Floating interest rates
- Monthly interest payments
- Fully collateralised with high-quality assets
- 3-year maturities
- Strong capacity for interest and principal repayment
- Board observation rights
- EU-based companies
We also offer advisory services for the companies we support to evaluate their capital requirements and optimise their capital structure.
INVESTMENT APPROACH
Our planned approach centers on generating attractive current income combined with capital preservation. We plan to invest in a diversified portfolio of senior, secured, floating-rate loans privately originated.
